Setup & Teardown Processes
General Guidelines
- Minimum 3-person team ideally starts by 8:00 AM for efficient setup.
- All gear should be transported carefully and organised in designated areas (left and right stage, mixer area).
- Communication and teamwork are key—volunteers should assist each other as tasks progress.

💡
P.S. These can and should all happen simultaneously, and this is not a step-by-step guide, but rather a process. If you have completed your initial task, please join hands wherever you can. We are a team, THE A team 😊.
