Team
This section provides a comprehensive list and description of all essential sound equipment used by the CCI Sound Team. Familiarise yourself with each item’s function, location, and care guidelines. Always handle equipment gently, keep gear dry, store items in assigned places after use, and report any damage or issues to the Sound Team lead to ensure smooth setup and operation.
Mixer
- Model: Behringer WING Digital Mixer
- Function: Central hub where all audio signals converge. Controls sound levels, EQ, effects, and routing for the entire venue.
- Operator: Senior Sound Engineer or trained volunteer.
- Checklist:
- [ ] Mixer connected to power
- [ ] CAT5 cable connected to stage box
- [ ] Mixer settings loaded from saved session
- Learn More:
P16-M In-Ear Monitor
- Function: Personal monitoring system for each musician, allowing them to hear a tailored mix on stage.
- Quantity: 5 currently in use, connected via P16-D distributor.
- Checklist:
- [ ] Each P16-M assigned to correct musician
- [ ] CAT5 cable connected to P16-D distributor
- [ ] Confirm clear signal from P16-D distributor

Stage Box
- Model: Behringer S32
- Function: Connects stage instruments and microphones to the mixer. Keep cables organised and avoid bending connectors. Do not step on or place heavy items on the stage box.
- Location: Stage left (analogue stage box) and right (digital stage boxes). Set up to be supervised by a senior engineer.
- Checklist:
- [ ] Confirm stage box connected to mixer via CAT5
- [ ] Check patching against channel list
- [ ] Verify power connection for analogue stage box
- [ ] Only senior engineer to supervise patching
